RETURNS POLICY
WHAT IS YOURÂ RETURN POLICY?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. You must be based on US.
Returns will not be accepted if the original tags has been cut off.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 7-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
We are sorry that you received a faulty item!
Please contact customer support through the chat bubble on the bottom right and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS FEE AND RETURN ELIGIBILITY
USA:
- > Returns must be requested within 7 business days from the date the item is marked as delivered.
- > Returns offered for buyers remorse.
- > Returns offered for defected quality items.
- > Returns offered for goods damaged in shipping (faulty item policy applies).
- > The shipping costs are on us in all above scenarios.
- > All items on sale and in swimwear are final and cannot be returned.
Rest of the world:
- >We don't sell in other countries. Thus, no returns.
*Please note it can take up to 10 business days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.
